Nik Naks /Kurkure Cheetos Snack Food Manufacturer Machine

1. Description:

nak kurkure cheetos snack food machine very crunchy and great in taste. Nik naks is made by extrusion process. The corn grits are moisturized in a vertical mixer with water, oil then feed to the Rotary Head Extruder. In the extruder, due to excess heat and pressure from the screws the meal gets heated and the moisture content gets reduced. The meal passes through the die and gets cut by the cutting knifes into required lengths. The nik naks is fried in cooking oil and then cooled before flavoring. Seasonings are sprayed on the nik naks to improve their taste.

7. Machines Materials: All the machines are made by stainless steel

 

 

a. Screw with 38CrMoAL excellent material and being Nitriding treatment Made in Zhoushan, Zhejiang Province China. The HRC hardness is around 60---62.The screws are made by alloy steel and special craft, the screw life is longer. And it has good self-cleaning ability and does not need to discharge or clean the barrel and screw, when roasting or replacing of materials.

 

b.The extrusion barrel is constructed of carbon steel, is made by #45 steel, stainless steel coating.

 

c.The gearbox has automatic lubrication function, with extends gear life.

 

d.Cutting knife fixed in the die head seat, rotary cutting by V-belt drive.

 

e.We use SIEMENS (CHINA)electrical parts.
f. Main Motor from SIEMENS(CHINA), ensure its Powerful Extrusion and Excellent Performance.
