In the 1990s,the product was only produced by DSM of Holland,Holland,HONEYWELL of USA and Mitsui of Japan,and listed as "planed product"which means blocking the production technology and preventing national military equipment of socialist countries. In order to promote our national chemical fiber development,our company has begun the research on UHMWPE fiber industrialization since 1996 After four years's efforts,it was realized and filled the country blank in this field. The company became the fourth manufacurer possesssing its own intellectual property right in the world.At present stage,the company has achieved its annual capacity of 1800 tons of UHMWPE fiber.
