This Irrigation water treatment  plastic screen filter  is installed between the irrigation valve and drip regulator and protects dripper inline from rust, sand and other impurities that may clog them. They are easily removed for cleaning by unscrewing the threaded cap. Dripper are less likely to clog if you install proper filtration.
