Olive harvest net made of UV stabilised polyethylene monofilament,in order to withstand solar radiation.The net available in various kind of meshes in order to optimise the different harvesting methods of olives and fruits. Every net is suitable for different applications such as natural falling harvesting, hand harvesting or mechanised harvesting. The net is available in different weights and colours and can be supplied in rolls or in sheets.

Our nets are designed for harvesting all types of fruit : Olives, chestnuts, almonds, hazelnuts,almonds and pistachios,etc.

Application & Usage

The Olive Catching net is laid around the tree to catch falling fruit during harvest. The material used is UV stabilised and knitted. This means that the material is very strong, durable and will not fray. The cost of the material is more cost effective than shade cloth, hail netting and fish netting. The nets feature a webbed edge with handles, so growers will find it easier to move the nets from tree to tree.

The olive net has reinforced edges,their four corners are enhanced with parts of cloth and they have anti rust grommets on them, so that the net is easily placed under olive trees and hung by them, without being torn.

Lay the net around the tree and strip all the olives from the tree onto the net. Then pick up the net from each end and roll all the olives to one end and dump them into a bucket or bin. Simple as that. This will save you huge time and energy trying to pick and place the olives into a shoulder picking bag.
This net is a heavy duty poly weave in approximately ¼” mesh.
