In more, the beans come from fair trade Vietnamese farmers’ who can develop their production and live with sustainable and fair incomes. All our premium beans come from only one cooperative. Coffee Poseidon is the perfect combination of Robusta (70%) and Arabica (30%). Robusta has a stronger, harsher taste, with a grain-like overtone and peanutty aftertaste. Arabica beans tend to have a sweeter, softer taste, with tons of sugar, fruit, and berries. Their acidity is higher, with that winey taste that characterizes coffee with excellent acidity.

All Arabica Beans are grown at high altitude of above 1500m with cooler temperature, which results in a more concentrated flavor. Robusta beans are from Central Highlands.
