Good quality  Silica fume or Microsilica

1.Silica fume is produced through the process of smelting silicon metal in the ferroalloy industry. At that time ,  in the ore-smelting electric furnace a lot of stong volatile gas  SiO2 and Si run into cold air and precipitates quikly.

2.Silica fume is the additional products of silicon metal.

Usages 

(1)Silica fune can be blended into cement and concrete  to improve the quality of concrete.      

(2)It can be used as addition agent in the fireproofing material. Silicon fume has high fluidity, high strength.

(3)Silica fume can produce silicate.

1.Very low permeability to chloride and water intrusion.

2.Extremely high electrical resistivity (20 to 100 times greater than ordinary concrete).

3.Increased abrasion resistance on decks, floors, highways and marine structures.

4.Superior resistance to chemical attack from chlorides, acids, nitrates and sulfates.
