The grain(corn or oats)with clearing and steaming,softening directly go through feeding device uniform and continuously enter the two rollers with some distance and pressure,finally pressed into thin flake which meets technology demand,then go through scrapping device to finish the process, enter next process.If other hard materials mix into two rollers, the hard materials will forcibly give two rollers opposite force, forcibly push out two rollers by hydraulic system,makes rollers,bearing base and bolts etc get effective protect, rollers return back formal working condition after hard materials go though it.
