Details:This kind machine is used for separating the cotton and seeds completely. The seeds is used for pressed ,or use the cotton seed planting .

Working principle:

After raw cotton enter ginning device,raw cotton is dragged by roller to fixed knife as roller runs,cotton fiber slide over knife with roller,cotton seeds are blocked by knife and stayed at the knife edge,then blunt knife with reciprocating swing impact the cotton seeds and make cotton seeds separate from cotton fiber.As cotton fiber evenly grow at outside cover of cotton seeds,once impaction can not separate all cotton fiber,so remained cotton fiber will be dragged by roller again for second recycle until separating all cotton fiber,then ginned cotton seeds drop off from seeds discharger and discharge out for next process.
