In general situation, the smaller the hydraulic cyclone diameter is, the finer the classification is. This means that one hydraulic cyclone hardly incorporates two qualities-----large processing capacity and high classification level. However, some large scale mining operations demands both large processing capacity and high classification level. This demand can be met by a group of hydraulic cyclones in parallel or series connection. We provide a variety of hydraulic cyclones of different quantity and model. The lining of hydraulic cyclones is made of Xinhai rubber which is patented and manufactured by Xinhai company. Many other significant and vulnerable parts are covered with Xinhai rubber too. So the service life is greatly extended.

The hydraulic cyclone, a common classifier, is designed according to the centrifugation and sedimentation theory. When the two-phase or three-phase mixed liquor is fed into hydraulic cyclone through feeding opening, the mixed liquor can form a three-dimensional and oval and strong rotating and tangent cyclone. Considering that there is a particle size difference between fine and coarse ores, the majority of coarse ores precipitates to bottom in a spiral trajectory by the action of centrifugal force, centripetal force, buoyancy and fluid resistance, etc, and then is discharged. Fine ores form a cyclone, move up and then overflow through the overflow outlet.
