Techology Process

Biomass is converted into fuel gas in gasifier. Clean gas is produced after removin tar and dust by purification system. Biomass ash after gasification can be used as fertilizer.

Clean gas is stored in gas tank after the pressure is improved by fan. Pressure of gas tank is kept around 3,000houses.

Available capacity: 100houses to 3,000houses.     

Technology Features:

1. Thermal gasification efficiency can be onver 72%

2. Biomass can take the place of fossil energy completely, which is good to environment.

3. Except biomass gasifier can convet biomass into electricity , the reminded charcoal(ash ) contain high c content, which can be insulation  material of 

steel mill, produced to activated carbon. 

4. the power geneartion system can be fed to your own factory or connected with grid
