Brief introduction

1.Chalk Material :

About the raw material, if you make white chalks, only need CaSO4 powder and water .

If you make colorful chalks, you need CaSO4 powder  and color paste.

2.Automatic Operation: The chalk making machine supply water automatically, mix raw material by electric mixer, fill molds, take off molds automatically. All the work is in a round assembly line, full automatic.

 3. Chalk Color :

 It can be used for making white chalks and colorful chalks. For colorful chalks, red,orange, yellow, green, blue, brown colors are available.

4.Chalk Size  

For chalk shapes, we can offer round head chalk  molds, square head chalk molds and hexagon chalk molds. 

The following are most customer’s choice , we can also make the mold size as your special requirement .

5.Drying :

2-3 days are needed to dry the chalks under sun, the actual time depends on the weather. If you use a dryer, the chalks will be dried within 5-6 hours. We also can supply you the chalk drying machine.
