Introduction:

This fish meat collecting machine adopts the stainless steel drum with screen hole repeated press the fish body,fish out from the holes,and so the fish can separate with the skin and bone. The complete machine is made up of 304 stainless steel,and it can meet the requirement of food sanitation.

Working Principle:

The machine is equipped with meat collection barrel and rubber band that used for press fish meat. Use the scroll meat mining buckets and drive mutual rubber band squeezing motion, squeeze meat into collection barrel. The fish bones, skin remain outside the meat collection barrel, and are put out of the machine by scraper.

Application:

It is not only suitable for large-scale factory use,but also suitable for the hotel and family

type manual production. The fish after processing can be directly used in the production of all kinds of minced fillet products:fish ball,fish meat,fish glue,fish dumpling and others raw material of fish sauce.
