Raw Material Size and Moisture Content Requirement for Straw Pellet Machine For Sale

1, The maximum size of the materials are not more than the diameter of the pelletizing hole. i.e, if the diameter of the hole is 6mm, the length of the saw dust cannot be more than 6mm. Please ensure the proper size of raw material according to the diameter of the hole.
2, Different raw materials have different moisture content requirement.
3, The moisture content of sawdust for the die-driving Pellet Mill is specified to 10%-18%. and roller-driving Pellet Mill is 10%-14%. The materials should be mixed evenly.

4, This machine can process one kind material and evenly mixture, small pieces of hard goods can’t be mixed, otherwise the machine die and roller will be damaged.
