Application

Non-drying compound fertilizer production line can process all kinds of compound fertilizer includes binary and ternary compound fertilizer, the nutrient content of which is 25%-53%.

 

Specification

1.Structure: The processing line includes crushing machine, fertilizer mixing machine, belt conveyor, feeding machine, fertilizer granulator /fertilizer making machine, screening machine and packing machine.

2.Technology: Non-drying producing technology in normal temperature. The raw processing material includes tombar thite, ammonium bicarbonate, ammonium sulfate, Ammonium Chloride, Potassium Chloride, phosphate fertilizer, monomethylamine, Potassium sulphate, sodium chloride.

3. Granule size: Irregular granules which diameter is between 2-6mm, flat ball granule which diameter is between 2.8-10mm, all kinds of schistic shape granules.
