Biomass briquette screw press machine  can be used in producing high quality wood charcoal stick with sawdust, wood chipes, branches, crop stalks, sugarcane residue, coffee husk, paddy straw, sunflower stalk, cotton stalks, bamboo dust, palm husk, soybeans husk, tea waste, etc.  

It's equipped with automatic temperature control system and designed to produce high density wood briquette from biomass.

The process for producing charcoal briquettes :

1. Crush the raw material into small pieces ( 3mm-5mm)
ntrol the moisture content of material  to make it not higher than 12%( use the dryer of airdry it) 

3. Use briquette machine to make briquettes

4. Use carbonizing furnace to Carbonize the briquette sticks ( if you want the products are charcoal briquettes)
