Operation and adjustment.

A) This  should be fixed installed. And the belt wheel of crusher should be parallel with the belt of motor. The two drive pulley trough should be in a straight line. Otherwise, it will not only accelerate the mechanical damage, but also easy to drop belts. 

B)   Hammer mill design with high efficiency and quality    If need to modify belt wheel, you must calculate the data which can satisfy the requirements of rotation speed of main shaft for the crusher. Don’t allow to increase the rotation speed of main shaft arbitrarily. When the rotation speed is more 15% than rating data, it will make the machine severely shake.

C)    Hammer mill design with high efficiency and quality      Please first clean the raw materials seriously, if necessary, sieve and check the raw materials to prevent iron pieces, stone, etc entering the machine.

D) Before use  Hammer mill design with high efficiency and quality      , you should open the shell of crusher to check whether there is something wrong with the parts, especially check the cotter on the rotor whether it is intact and whether it is loose. After confirm it is intact, shut off the shell tightly and tighten the hand wheel on the door. Drive belts by hand to check whether there is something loose and whether there is any abnormal sound and phenomenon Collision phenomenon, etc.

E) When start the  Hammer mill design with high efficiency and quality , let it idle for 2-3 minutes without any material. After it normally work, then gradually feeding.

I) Pay attention to the operation situation. If find the machine is shake or there is some abnormal sound or there some materials rebound, turn off the machine to check where is wrong. When check and mend the machine, you must turn off the machine.

J) Prohibit opening the door of crusher when it works. You should add protection guard on the belt driving. Prohibit overloading work for long time. Prohibit putting tools on the crusher or materials to prevent falling in the machine. Prohibit smoking at work area. Pay attention to waterproof and moisture-proof.

K) The length of powder packing bags should be more than 1.5. The packing bag should have good breathability.

L) Before turn off the machine, stop to feed materials first. After all of materials come out and then turn off the machine. After work, clean and lubricate the machine.
