1. What is the dryness of bamboo chopstick?

The dryness of our bamboo chopstick is less than 12%.

2. Where should the bamboo chopstick be stored?

The chopstick must be stored in the warehouse that is cool, ventilated and of less moisture. Use the pallet to store/ put the cartons to make bamboo skewers more sanitary.

3. Do you have any warranty on the products quality?        

 We're confident on our products. If there have any quality problems when you get the goods, you could take pictures and send them to us. We'll check and solve the problems reasonable.
