Brief Introduction of batcher plant feeder for brick production:

 

 

 

          Two bin feeder consists of feeding mechanism, weighing system and electrical control system, etc. The upper is raw material storage hopper, lower for the weighing hopper, for unloading conveyor belt at the bottom. the storage hopper used to store with the raw material, storage hopper bottom below faces ingredients conveyor belt. The equipment used in small and medium-sized construction site more, can improve the batching accuracy, reduce the error, effectively ensure the accuracy of the cement, sand and gravel mixture, and use of electronic weighing system, further improve the accuracy of the weighing.

Belt conveyor starts out of the material in the storage hopper to setting point ,and belt stops, then under the control instrument control, the configuration of several kinds of materials, until all materials to be configured, instrument control will start unloading belt ,conveying material into the next stage - grinding wheel mixer or blender.
