Description of industrial yogurt making machine

Industrial yogurt making machine is used to making yogurt from fresh milk or leavening agent. It had 4 steps: standby, fermenting, condensation and cold-storage.

1. Standby. Get ready the yogurt cups and doing sterilization
2. Fermenting. The yogurt material will be heated up to 39-45°C, and keep in this temperature for about 3-10 hours. The yogurt is done.
3. Condensation. The yogurt is cooling down to around 18°C. It gets thicker and taste good.
4. Cold-storage. Keeping the yogurt in 15-18°C
