Technology Process

1. Physical separation:

1). Dismantling machine, which is used to separate the components on the pcb boards.

2). Two class crusher make the mother board into pieces of 1cm*1cm size, and pulverizing machine are used to get the mixed material powder.

3). The metal and non-metal are separated throught air flow separator and electrostatic separation.

4). The whole separation line is in closed processing, no pollution produced.

2. Chemical separation:

We can get the valuable material such as Au, Ag ,Ba from the metal powder after the physical
