1) It uses four bearings instead of three ones of old-type movement to add its stability and

    durability

2) It uses oil immersed type lubrication instead of old oiled lubrication. It could be used for

    many years as long as it isn't lack of oil.

3) Its screwpitch is increased to add input quantiy in order to improve the capacity substantially.

4) The shape of molding tube is improved to reduce the frication between machine and raw

    material and increase the density of briquettes.

Charcoal Shawarma Machine Working Principle

After heating at first, when the sawdust of other materials at diameter of 0-5mm be send into the briquette machine, the materials will be hesting in the mold ,then it be mold into briquette:sawdust stick with a hole in the middle.

The process for producing charcoal 

Raw Material →Crusher Machine → Dryer Machine → Briquette Machine→ Carbonize Stove → Charcoal

1.Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm)

2.Dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 12%

3.Put the material into feed let of briquette machine

4.Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive

5.Carbonized the briquette stick
