The working principle of charcoal making machine : put raw material into the inner stoves, seal the cover with fine sand soil, then hoist the inner stoves inside the furnace, heating the bottom of inner stoves by setting fire at the heating room(under the furnace). The raw material in the inner stove will come to the drying procedure(100-280 ^o c ), and then hoist charcoal making machine carbonization procedure(280-400 ^o c). When it rise to the temperature starting carbonization procedure, connect the gas recycling pipe, leading the exhaust gas returning to the heating room to burn as fuel, heating the inner stove, and finish the carbonization .
