Packing way is optional, box design and size can be adjusted asper your demands. 

1) 250g/box, inner with plastic bag, outer with shrink pack, 48 boxes/ctn, 12kgs /ctn, 1540ctns/20GP

2) 500g/box, inner with plastic bag, outer with shrink pack, 24 boxes/ctn, 12kgs/ctn, 1540ctns/20GP

3) 1kgs/box, inner with plastic bag, outer without shrink pack,12boxes/ctn, 12kgs/ctn, 1540ctns/20GP

Production process:

1)Mix raw charcoal materials

2)Put mixed charcoal materials into mold

3)Using the mold to press charcoals

4)Using the mold to cut the pressed charcoals

5)Put the semi-finished charcoal in order

6)Dry in drying room

7)Painting (if needed)

8)Drying again in drying room

9)Final packing

10)Loading in containers, shipping
