usage
This machine is mainly applied in metallurgy, building materials, chemicals, grind of mine materials, etc. It
can grind quartz, feldspar, calcite, talcum, barite, fluorite and heat preserve, etc. Manufacture non-flammable
and explosive mine materials, whose hardness should below 9.3, and the humidity at 6%.

Main structure and principle
The machine mainly makeup by mainframe, the fineness machine, blowers, finished product Tornado Mill, bag
filter and the bond wind tube, according to needs of user, it can be equipped with broken machines, lifter,
storage hopper, and electromagnetic vibration feeder machine, Electrical control cabinet, and other peripheral.
In the mainframe , grind roller hanging on shelf of grind roller via cross axis. Grind roller shelf have fixed link
with main axis and shovel knife shelf. The pressure spring pressure in the arm surface of grind axis room. The
grind take cross axis as the fulcrum and force grind roller pressure on the inner surface of grinding ring. When

Work process of grind machine: Bulk materials are broken up, then be sent to the storage hopper by the hoist,

and discharge from the mouth of material off-load. The air will go to wind machine from onside,
repeat this process.The grinded materials contain a certain moisture when it is in the grind room. Heat was produced
when grinding. It leads to evaporation of water, outside gas was inbreathed because the tube connection is not rigor, the
air circulation increased. To ensure negative work of grind under pressure, the increased gas flow into the bag filter through the
remainder gas tube between wind machine and mainframe, set out to the air after being purify.
