>Product description of Wood Sawdust dryer 

 

Drying is important before briquetting process. To get the superior quality of biomass briquettes with high density, it is necessary to control the moisture of material at 8-12% exactly. The selection of drying plant models depends on the original moisture content of raw materials.

Hot airflow type dryer

•  Raw materials should be sawdust, suitable for drying the moisture20-50% Final moisture 8-12% .                          
• Diameter of raw materials: <3mm & < 5mm.                    
• Temperature of Hot Air: 180-250 °.                        
• Working principle: The stoves (boilers) generate hot air, then through the fan to dry the materials.
• This wood dryer reduces the moisture to 8-12% with the advantages of lower cost consumption and high efficiency.
• The wood dryer is equipped one fuel boiler, inlet, steel pipe, exhaust blower (fan), cyclone. Wet materials are input into the hopper. The fuel boiler generates hot air which mixes with wet materials and then is sucked into the pipes by the exhaust blower (fan) quickly. And then hot air is flowing and going though the curving pipes and buffer (drying chamber) of dryer, thus wet materials is finished to dry, and the dried materials are expelled out by the exhaust blower (fan).

1 The dryer is suitable for drying materials of moisture under 30%.

2 Wood dryer is suitable for drying materials like sawdust, rice hull, milling wheat straw, corn stalks and so on.

3 This wood dryer reduces the moisture to 8-15%

4 Clients can change the angle of dryers base on the production field.

5 It is only to control the moisture of raw material at a reasonable range that can make good result of biomass briquettes. Or the briquettes will be broken because of too loose or too dry.
