Zinc enriched Yeast 5000ppm
Negotiable /Kilogram
Min.Order:10 Kilograms
Zinc is an essential element in human body. Zinc not only plays a role of transportation and energy metabolism in life activities, but also is the necessary component of DNA replication, RNA transcription and nucleic acids synthesis. In addition, zinc is widely distributed in the nervous, immune, blood, bones and digestive system, participating in nearly 300 kinds of enzyme synthesis and activation in the body.
In the process of yeast cultivating, zinc was added into the fermenter, after absorption and transformation, zinc was combined into the intracellular proteins or polysaccharides, and the side effects and gastrointestinal irritation of inorganic zinc on human body was eliminated, making zinc more efficiently and safely absorbed and utilized by human body.
Features:
1. High organic zinc content: up to 5000mg/kg;
2. Analysis results from French CNRS showed all zinc in zinc-enriched yeast is organic;
3. The bioavailability and safety of organic zinc is much higher than inorganic;
4. Best source of zinc in health foods.
5. Providing protein, vitamins and other nutrients.
Organic zinc in zinc-enriched yeast
The existing forms of zinc in zinc-enriched yeast were analyzed in French CNRS labs using HPLC-ICP MS. The research data of different batches showed that all zinc in zinc-enriched yeast was organic which was combined into the intracellular proteins or polysaccharides, and there was no inorganic zinc in zinc-enriched yeast.

The bioavailability of organic zinc is significantly higher than inorganic zinc
Mice were modeled feeding zinc deficiency diet, after the modeling, the mice were fed feed containing zinc-enriched yeast (measured in zinc, 4.99mg/kg·bw). The analysis results showed that the experimental absorbing rate of Zinc is 70.8%, far higher than the bioavailability of inorganic zinc.
