Mini Feed Pellet Mill Process
Firstly, put materials into the feeder and let them fall down onto a set of rotating rollers over the die; then, the materials will be compressed between the surface of die and the rotating rollers, while pellets coming out of the die they will be cut into set length by a sharp knife. The temperature is about 70°C in process, so the protein freezes, the nutritional value increases and is easy to absorbed for animals, pellets inside is ripening and outside slippy, rigid enough, suitable for long-term storage.

A: You can choose buying online or I send the PI ( Proforma Invoice ) to you , you pay for money to our bank .

The pellet machine need powder ( flour) , if the raw materials' type is granular, you need purchase one hammer mill .

If you want to add the grass , the percent must less than 30% , and the capacity will reduce .

4. Pellet Diameter ? 

3-6mm is okay . You can choose the pellet diameter , we will manufacture different mould for your choice . 

5. What is the voltage ? 

Any voltage is okay . If you only have single phase , you can choose the YSKJ-120( smallest machine ) , or choose diesel engine pellet machine . If you have 3-phase , it's fine , you can choose every one .

Of course , we need to know the voltage and hertz . Because different voltage and hertz need different motor .
