1. Crushing Section
The YSDF Water-drop hammer mill widely used in complete feed pellet production line,it's capacity from 1 ton/hr to 20 ton/hr,you could choose it according to your requirements.

Work Principle:when the raw materials enter into the crusher,grinded by the beat,fraction power from the high speed rotating hammers,then the required powder screened by the sieve.

Suitable Raw Materials:Corn,Maize,Soybean etc.

2. Mixing Section
We have two types feed mixer(Single-shaft twin screw mixer and Dual-shaft oar blade mixer),you could choose any type of them according to your requirements.They have the same work principle,and they all need to mix the raw materials by batch,the users need time to discharge the finished products.Meanwhile,due to the mixer are processed by batch,we suggest add a silo on the mixer.

Usage:generally,there are more than one raw material in the complete feed pellet production line,so it need to mix them evenly.

3. Pelletizing Section
The YHKJ Series ring die animal feed pellet machine is the suitable machine for making small animal feed pellets,such as chicken,duck,fish,rabbit etc.in addition,YMKJ Series flat die feed pellet machine also widely used for making feed pellets,such as cattle,sheep etc.The clients could choose them accordig to their actual requirements.

For the single ring die animal feed pellet machine,it has been sold to Malaysia,Russia,Sudan etc.

4. Cooling Section
After the pelletizing process, the temperature of the feed pellet is about 60-80 degrees Celsius, with a moisture content of about 15%. A Cooler must then be used to reduce the moisture content of the feed pellets to about 3%-4%, thereby making the feed pellets easier to store.

5. Screening Section
We called it the "simple screener",it is used for screen good pellets and bad pellets,

The simple screener has little investment,but it is very important in feed pellet production line.

6. Packing Section
After cooling and screening, the feed pellet must be protected from moisture and other environmental conditions. For this there is the packing process, which is effectively handled by our Semi-Auto Packing Machine.
