JCG copper granulator separator 

This copper granulator separator is a compact plant, assembled with a blade mill for chopping the cables and an air separating system to produce the clean copper granules.

Working Steps of the copper granulator separator:

1. Feed scrap copper wires into the chopper;

2. Chopped wires are transported to vibrating system for separation;

3. Copper granules and insulation granules are separated by vibrating and air separation.
