3,further drying to ethylene and propylene gas,oil cracking gas.

4,drying to fitting of hydrogen and air separation unit&instrument.

5,fluoride treatment of hydrogen peroxide,pollutants such as hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide, hydrogen fluoride and hydrocarbons.

6,mostly be fit for defluorination treatment of fluorinated water.
