Fumical is an alternative product in improving calcium deficiency and relatively economical way of supplementing plants with calcium .

Add 2-3g Fumical per littre water .

FUNCTION

Plants require calcium for cell division and for the development of strong cell wall structure to provide greater resistance to disease and attack by pest , and for better crop quality .

Calcium is essential for root health , growth of new root and root hairs , and the development of strong stems . One of the major problems with calcium is that the element is required in large quantity but it is not readily available for uptake by the plants when it is needed . Once taken into the plants , calcium becomes immobile ( unlike potassum ) , so it is essential to ensure that a constant and abundant supply of calcium is available for plant uptake and growth . Symptoms of calcium deficiency include tiphooking , and yellowing in new leaves and black spot in leaves , stem and fruit , due to attack by pests and diseases .
