The complete poultry feed production line contain,hammer mill ,mixer,pellet mill,dryer,cooler,packaging machine and the electric cabinet.
The pellet line have simple line and complete line,the capacity is different,
200-500kg/h,300-600kg/h,800-1200kg/h,1-2t/h,2-4t/h,10t/h,20t/h........based on your requirement we will select the suitable model machine and line for you.
A,Hammer mill---raw material put into the hammer mill ,crush into powders.
B,Mixer--if your raw material is various,after crushing them,need Stir to make it mixed evenly
C,Dryer--this type can selection,if your raw material is so wet,need dry it,our pellet mill suitable moisture is 15-20%.
D,Pellet mill---press the powders into pellets,the diameter is 2-10mm for selection,
E,Cooler---normally when the pellets just get out from pellet mill,it's hot,use cooler to lower the temperature
F,Package---Full automatic packing machine,with sewing machine and belt conveyor. Automatic weighing.
G,Electric cabinet---Control all the machine start and stop.
