Plate exposure:

Light source:

Huaxing PS plate can be exposed with HP mercury lamp, pulse xenon lamp, iodine-gallium lamp. But the best chioce is iodine-gallium lamp.

Exposure time: the base is gray gradient with 0.15 density difference. After 3rd  grade grallium exposition, the sensitive layer is clean basically, and no-inking is the best exposure.

Exposure-time value for reference:

5000w iodine-gallium lamp distance 1.2m time 30-50s

3000w iodine-gallium lamp distance 1.2m time 70-100s

2000w iodine-gallium lamp distance 1.0m time 90-140s

Developing:

The Huaxing PS plate will used special developing powder, either machine or manually developing. Besides, other alkalescence developing liquids are also avaiable..

Usage:dissolve each bag powder with 5L warm warter into concentrated liquid, then fill water to dilute to 20L . then you can use immediately. The concentrated liquid and dilute liquid will be storage and seal.

Developing temperature:

The developing temperature is very important. The higher temperature will make PS Plate lose networks, of course, the printing ability will lower. Otherwise, the developing ability will be too low to develop well, and also the plate is prone to getting dirty. So proper developing temperature is normally at 20-25C. The developing time can not exceed 60s.

PS plate storage:

Taking PS plate will be done under yellow light. And also be escape from sunlight. The storage place should be dry , ventilative and cool. The shelf plate is one and half years.
