Plate exposure:
Light source:
Huaxing PS plate can be exposed with HP mercury lamp, pulse xenon lamp, iodine-gallium lamp. But the best choice is iodine-gallium lamp.
Exposure time:
the base is gray gradient with 0.15 density difference. After 3rd grade gradient exposition, the sensitive layer is clean basically, and no-inking is the best exposure.
Developing:
The Huaxing PS plate will be used special developing powder, either machine or manually developing. Besides, other alkalescence developing liquids are also available.Usage: dissolve each bag powder with 5L warm water into concentrated liquid, then fill water to dilute to 20L. then you can use immediately. The concentrated liquid and dilute liquid will be storage with seal.
Developing temperature:
The developing temperature is very important. The higher temperature will made PS plate lose networks, of course, the printing ability will lower. Otherwise, the developing ability will be too low to develop well, and also the plate is prone to getting dirty. So The proper developing temperature is normally at 20-250C. The developing time can not exceed 60s
