Engine:
SC230.8 excavator adopts Cummins EuroⅡengine with output power of 133/2000, which has the largest power among products of same tonnage. It adopts engine pre-filter to reduce the daily maintenance time of the air filter, which is more energy-saving and more environmental consideration. It is mounted with oil filtering elements at the outside, which is more convenient to maintain.
Cab:
It adopts new type cab with noise insulation seals. There is a 24V output connector inside the cab, and the cab door hinge is self-lubricated. It adopts new seat, new armrest and safety lock, and the harness adopts waterproof plug-in unit, which improves the comfortableness and reliability and improves the operation environment.
New Monitor:
The new monitor is added with 4 economic modes (E) on the base of original operation modes, which can maximally meet the requirements for low fuel consumption. It also has smaller volume, which is installed in the front control box and thus improves the front operation space. The CPU has artificial intelligence and automatic diagnosis function, if the engine is idling for over 5 minutes, the monitor will alarm the operator to stop the engine, and thus it avoids long-time engine running and reduces fuel consumption.
Air Conditioner:
It adopts automatic electronic thermal control air conditioner which can be set within 18°C(63°F)~32°C(91°F). It is added with the intake filter at the fresh air inlet which keeps the dust out. It also enlarges the wind volume and improves the cooling and heating effect. The filter element of the air conditioner can be easily dismantled for cleaning and replacement.
Working Device:
The boom joint adopts whole casting steel structure which improves the overall strength and strengthens the working devices. And the tension device is also improves.
Safety Improvements:
It adopts GPS positioning system as standard configuration, which can make feedbacks at any time. It adopts new type anti-sliding plate and anti-slip tape, which improves safety. It is mounted with safety guards and rear-view mirror at the upper structure, which makes the operator easy to check the rear side of the excavator.
