1.Can I get the samples?
Yes.The sample is FREE but you need to PAY the FREIGHT.
(1)We will send you the "Sample Request Inquiry Form" 
(2)Pls fill it and email it back to us

2.Can I put my logo on the bottle and carton?
Yes.We offer PERSONALIZED OEM services.

NOT ONLY PACKING can be CUSTOMED,BUT ALSO FORMULATION and COST can be customed according to customer's requires.

3.Can I change the bottle?
Yes.We will offer you some different bottles according to your requires.
We also offer BOTTLE DESIGN for large customer.One designed bottle ONLY for one customer's use in one district

4.Can I change the color and fragrance based on my needs?
Yes.Pls tell us your perfer color and fragrance .We will change the samples according to your needs

5.How long can I receive the goods?
Normally 30 days after the order.But 40 days for the first time.

6.Which price item do you accept?

ONLY FOB price or EX Works price

7.Is it OK if I can't reach the MOQ for the first time?
It is OK.You can solve the problem by the following ways:
(1)Buy different kinds of products and make sure the total quality can get MOQ.
OR(2)The buyer pays for the increased fee caused by little amount export.

8.Is it OK to express liquid samples by air?
It is OK.Because our main products have DJM report, it is OK to express by air.Normally we use UPS or FedEx.

9.Can I apply for regional exclusive agent ?
Yes,you can.For customers in long-term stable growth in sales,we will give your priority of regional exclusive agent to make sure you are in a dominant position in competition.

10.In Russia,will your products be caking and can't be used?
It will not cake and of course can be used in Russia.All our products have done the Low and High temperature resistant performance test.For the customers in high-cold area,we also add antifreeze ingredient to make sure the product will definately don't cake and can be used in good quality.

11.If there is a quality problem,what will you do?
(1)Before shippment.Our company has strict quality control system.We will do inspection in accordance with INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS. And we also provide VIDEOs of our producing process so that our customers can follow the produce process and MAKE REQUEST ON TIME.

(2)If there is a problem after all the control,our post-sale service department will assist customer to solve it.We will NOT SHY AWAY FROM OUR RESPONSIBILITY because we seek long-term cooperation.
