Urea fertiizer melt machine is composed by two parts: host and assistant. The host adopts a steam heating mode, urea pellet will be accelerated into liquid in the case of no water, thus avoid the shrinkage of the formation of biuret, then can reduce the loss of nitrogen.The assistant can measure belt balance, urine pump, flow meter, valves, meters, pipe-lines, hoist, nozzles, fans and other components. Spraying System is to increase fertilizer nutrients.
