The main part of machine and structural description

1.Rack: The whole box-shaped structure are welded by steel plate (fuselage side, can not be produced by the horizontal plate welded together form .It must be produced from the entire steel plate). with good rigidity. the two-cylinders fixed in right and left column .There is the Knife Block paramedics in the working table for the below knife rest micro-regulation. In order to facilitate the operation there is the feeding ball in the working table.

2.Pressure equipment: It is composited by twelve fuel tank which loaded in the bearing plate of the rack. After the oil into the oil tanks.The machine do the compacting after the pressure cylinder overcome the spring tension.Tension reduction through spring after completion of the shear.

3,Frond and back gauge: The frond gauge is in the working table.It is  with benchmark numerical.It is used to to achieve the required block material value through regulating the activities.It is convenient to use the frond gauge to cut the thin sheet material.The back gauge is in the upper knife. It do the up and down swing with the upper knife.The black gauge adjustment is done by the motor drive. The transmission of the guide screw after the gear speed down.It can be manually fine-tuning.

4,Hydraulic system: It is composited by the control valves.pumps. tanks.return ure feed tanks.and combined circuit.It is reasonable in the strucuture.low noise, smooth operation, good safety performance.

5,Electrical equipment: It is composited by the control of electrical cabinets.the middle link and the control panel, the main  and deputy motor, foot switch and other devices. With the high safety and good overall performance.
