Operation Method of sheep wool washing machine
Prepare all the thing before the operation to ensure the supply of electricity, water, steam and compressed air.
1 Turn on the power supply.
Turn on the power switch, the power indicator is on, turn the three-position switch towards the opposite door position. (turn on the program controller power switch, the controller time screen shows the preset time, and the temperature screen shows the environmental temperature. )
2 Opening the outer drum door
The outer drum door is push-pull type sliding door, it is quick and safe when opening the door.
When the outer door is opened, it must be pushed to the limited position.
5-3 Opening the inner drum door
Running the inside drum, keep the same level between the inside drum door and outer drum door. Push the spring lock into the inside drum by both hands. At the same time pull the inner drum door, insert the supporting pole into the U type buckle. Move the safety bolt to the safety position. Turn over the board keeping off the clothes to connect with the edge of the inner drum door, put the fabrics or take out of the fabrics.
5-4 Water Level Controlling
Put some cold water as per the fabric’s washing requirements and the fabric’s quantity. The cold water can’t be too little or too much.
5-5 Closing the outside Drum Door.
1. Turn over the board keeping off the clothes.
2. Move away the safety bolt.
3. Disconnect the supporting pole with the U type buckle.
4. Put down the inside drum slowly by hand.
5. Push the spring lock into the inside drum, and close the inside drum door and open the spring lock.
Check carefully whether the spring lock has been locked to avoid the accidents.
5-6 Closing the outside Drum Door.
Setup Program
As per the washing technology requirements of the fabric, Choose the suitable washing time and washing temperature, Turn the three-position switch towards the running position, the machine begins to run automatically according to the program. ( or design the time and temperature as per the usage and preset methods for the programmable micro-computer controller, pressing the starting button lightly. )
Finish working and stop the machine
1. When the machine finishes working, drain out of the water from the machine and close tightly the inside and outside doors.
2. Turn the three-position switch towards the Stop position. (or cut off the power of program controller.)
3. Cut off the steam and water supply.
4. Close down the general power switch.
5. If the machine needs pausing for a long time, the water from the machine must be driven away, especially after the dyeing processing.
