Ball Mill Machine Application

The ball mill is a key equipment for regrinding, it is widely used for the cement, the silicate product, new type building material, fireproof material, chemical fertilizer, black and nonferrous metal, glass, ceramics and etc. The ball mill can grind ore or other materials that can be grinded either by wet process or by dry process.

This machine is made up of feeding part, discharge part, turning part, transmission part, (speed reducer, small transmission gear, electric motor, electrical control panel) and so on. The hollow axis adopts the cast steel and the lining can be placed, the rotary big gear is processed from cast rolling gear, the barrel body is wearable well and bears wearable scale board, it runs steadily and works reliably.

How to improve capacity of ball mill machine

1) First crusher can be placed before ball mill, to produce suitable size for ball mill.

2) Install high efficiency power separator to discharge suitable power timely.
