Product Description

BX series wood chipper is a kind of wood processing enquipment to produce wood chips. It mainly consists of engine base, cutter roller, feeding roller, conveyor and so on. Disc wood chippers can cut all kinds of logging waste such as pine, hardwood, poplar and fir etc. The final particles can be used for making shaving board, fiberboard, paper and other industries.

Working principle

The engine base is welded by high strength steel plate, it's the supporting base of the whole machine. On the cutter roller, there installs two or three flying cutter. Through the professional bolt, fixed the flying cutters on the roller. According to the thickness of the raw materials, the feeding roller can moves up and down through the helping of the system. The satisfied chips can be discharged at the bottom of the machine through the screen. The bigger chips will be cutted again in the chamber of machine.
