Description:

 

YFM series Yifeng grinding mill is a new type grinding mill developed by our company for decades, combing rolling, impacting and grinding to one, it is an idea micro-fine grinding mill for deeply processing such non-metal minerals as Calcium carbonate, talc, calcite, graphite, barite etc. it has Characteristics as following:

 

 

1) it has such advantage as good fineness (D97=3-35um), high output, low energy consumption, low investment.

 

2) It is used for non-metal mines with Mohs hardness less than 5, moisture less than 5%, and Max input size less than 10mm.

 

3) It has special grinding structure with many grinding grooves so that it has more than double grinding efficiency as Raymond mill, impact mill, Jet mill.

 

4) It has perfect structure combing grinding and classifying to one, grinding and classifying at the same time. also has high effective deduster, it runs under negative pressure so that the powder can't go outside of it, very  clean.

 

5) Convenient to install, no need large scale construction, it covers only small area. it can put into the production as soon as finished the install.

Structure:

 

YFM series grinding mill consist of feeder, main unit, classifier, deduster, muffler, air blower, motors, pipe, control cabinet etc.

 

 

 

Process:

 

YFM series grinding mill is running under negative pressure, the material go into the main unit continuously from the feeder and then go into the classifier after being rolled, grinded and impacted, the powder from the classifier go into the deduster. no powder will go out of the machine.
