Long used life Jaw Crusher with ISO Certificate
This machine is special for stones which particle size is no bigger than 210 mm for mines, building, road and some chemical areas, crushed stone’s resist compression can’t be more than 250 MPa.

Notice: For capacity, it may influenced by many factors, such as: materials character, shape, grain composition, input method,working condition and so on. The capacity here is as middling hardness stone, pile specific gravity is 1.6.
Work elements and structure character
This machine is mainly worked by frame (item 1), active jaw (item 5), eccentricity axes (item 11), fixed crusher jaw plate (item 2), elbow plate (item 8), active crusher jaw (item 3), adjust seat (item 6) and some other parts please check the details in picture I in next page, the motor drives eccentricity axes by V-shaped belt and grooved wheel to crash the materials in the crushing chamber, after crushing, the materials will come to the exit in cause of gravitation.
Fixed jaw plate fixed on the frame’s front wall under the influence which caused by compressing the bolt tightly. Active jaw plate under the pressure of bale to compress tightly on the active jam, when jaw plate wear down (usually the bottom will abrade more), but after adjusting the head, it can continue to use.
Elbow plate is used for supporting the active jam; Make it to run in certain trajectory, at the same time give insurance to the whole machine, when something which can’t be crushed input into the crushing chamber and make the loading increased greatly, the elbow plate will break to cut off the loading to protect other parts to be damaged.
Adjust seat can move vertically or from front to back at the sides of the sliding channel, by moving up and down to adjust chock adjust the width of the exit to get the required size.
Tighten the spring(item 9) is used to ensure that jaw crusher’s whole movement mechanism connected closely, and continually balance the inertia force which caused by active jaw and elbow plate .Jaw crusher’s working pressure should not be too big, as long as can eliminate the rushing sound between elbow plate ,active jaw and adjust chock.
Installation, Adjustment and Trial operation
Our machine is supplied in whole set, when customers get the machine should check it carefully, in order to find and eliminate the problem may caused in transporting.
a. Attentions for the installation, adjusting and testing run.
1). Because it will have large vibration when the machine is running, we suggest installing the machine on concrete base to reduce the noise, vibration and influence of the foundation of nearby building, and put a tie plate between the concrete base and machine
2). Basic height, depth and area should according to the up conditions and calculated separately Machine’s installation size can take reference of picture two.
3). The row of ore slot foundation should lay a layer of metal plate, and have enough of Angle (had better than 50), so as not to hinder the crushed product come out from the machine.
4). The size of exit should adjust according to the product grain size, when adjusting it, please move the adjusting chock up or down by tighten up or loosen the bolt, so as to expansion or reduce the size of exit size.
5). After installing and adjusting, please make a test run.
b. No-load tests
1). Continuous operation for 2 hours, the bearing temperature rise no more than 35 degrees
2). All fasteners should be stable, no loose phenomenon
3). Freewheel and slot wheel are running smoothly.
4). All friction positions without a scratch drop of chips and grinding phenomenon, no unnormal sound.
5). The adjustment device should be able to ensure that 20-80 discharging scope of the exit.
c. Load tests
1). Crusher can not have cyclical or significant impact sound
2). The biggest feeding particle size should comply with the design rules
3). Continuous operation for 8 hours, the bearing temperature rise no more than 35 degrees
4). Crusher’s settlement ability and product’s size should comply with the design rules
5). Insure the adjust seat and frame’s sliding channel has no obvious end play
