[Brief Introduction]JL-AM is a special efficiency stripping agent which is researched specially for the color speck
and fault color phenomenon in the dyeing process. The stripped fabric is alomost original white, and no harm to the fibre and equipment, meanwhile,it is used to strip the wool, nylon and hair fabric’s fluorescence whitness agent , you can dye and bleach the fabric which was stripped again .
[Main Ingredients]organic oxiding agent duplicate.
[Properties]Appearance : white powder.
Solubility property:easy to dissolve in the water.
pH value:6.5-7(1% aqueous).
stability: dry goods is stable, can be decomposed with the reduce agent together.
[Characteristics and Capabilities]
1.it’s used for the cotton, hemp, viscoseand nature fabric reactive fabric, it's effect is better than the sodium hypochlorite,
sodium hydrosulfite and common striping agent.
2.it can strip the fluorescence whitness agent on the cotton, hemp, wool, chemical fiber and nylon, fair fabric evenly.
3.JL-AM is used for the bleaching progress of the cotton.,hemp, wool, chemical fiber, paper pulp and so on, and have
the anti-shrinkage function, so it can be bleaching anti-shrinkage agent.
4,it’s used for cleaning the difficult pollution residues in the dyeing vat, is also as the cleaning vat agent.
[Directions]
1,the reference dosage: 1-5g/L.
2,striping progress: 95—98℃× 30-60 minutes.
3, reduce and neutralize : used to reduce with caustic soda dosage:2g/L,(50-60℃× 10 minutes)
4,the practical dosage: you can choose the dosage according to the speck color degree.
[Notice]
1,JL-AM is a kind of organic oxiding agent, please don’t use it with the reduced agent in one bath.
2,,has the adverse effect on the elasticity of spandex,so please be careful.
[Package and Storage] 25KG plastic woven bags, store it at the cool, dry, ventilate palce, far away from the reduce agent. Please seal it when you open it because the air can oxide it to damage his function.
