SOFTENER FLAKE JL-FC

[Brief Introduction]

100% content, high grade nonionic soft flake, without APEO, used for softening finishing for 

yarn and fabric which have strict standard for bleaching and colored light..The softness and smooth much better than common nonionic soft flake.

[Physical and Chemical] 

Appearance: milky white flakes

PH value: 7-8

lonicity: nonionic

[Application Method]

Pour the flakes slowly into room temperature water in the proportion of 8-10%, stir and heat to 70±5℃ until the flakes melt and become pulpiness (this usually takes 10-15minutes).

[Usage]

Padding process: 2-3g/L, best temperature 40-50℃

Dipping process: 0.5-0.8% (o.w.f), best temperature 50-60℃,15-30min.

[Properties]

Especially for bleaching yarn, cock, sweater and knitwear

After being treated, the fabrics will get a softer, smoother, and more elastic hand feel and can improve the fabric’s whiteness, colored light, fastness.

Customers are advised to optimize the process for each kind of machines and fabric types.Please perform compatibility test when using this product with other softener or auxiliaries.

[Packing and storing]

A shelf life of 12 months when store in a cool, dry and dark room.
