CHARACTER:
High temperature leveling agent JLE - 3 is a collection of scattered, retarding and levelling and dye migration performance as one of the new type of high temperature and high pressure leveling agent. Products in reasonable compatibility with retarding and dispersing components at low temperature, high temperature dye migration and levelling components. The oligomer has good cohesion function. So can effectively prevent spots and color of the point on the cloth, make fabric dyeing uniformity, color pure, soft luster dyed style.

APPLICATION:
It is mainly used for disperse dyes to dye polyester fiber and its blended fabric. Suitable for high temperature and high pressure overflow dyeing machine and other high temperature dyeing dyeing process of the equipment.

High temperature dyeing is suitable for the 125-135 ℃, about 60 min of dyeing process.

Recommended dosage

Light color usage: 2-4 g/L

At the usage: 1-2 g/L

Dark usage: 0.6 1 g/L

NOTE:

1, disperse dye is in acid bath dyeing, so the fabric treated by alkali deweighting to wash the residual alkali and hydrolysis of oligomer, prevent spots and color.

2, leveling agent, has the good dye migration performance and incremental use repairable color slight dyeing defects and color flower usage should be in process as a trial.

3, dyeing stable heating speed, to ensure the uniform of the dye dyeing.

STORAGE PACKAGE:
