About the desulfurization and denitrification, After the coal combustion produce SO2, CO2 and so on, and we use ammonium method handling the waste gas.

The reaction process as following,

step1

SO2+H2O+xNH3=(NH4)xH2-xSO3

step2

(NH4)xH2-xSO3 +1/2O2+(2-x)NH3=(NH4)2SO4

Step3

Concentration, Crystallization, separation, drying, and then Ammonium sulfate fertilizer
