The linear conveyor is the general-purpose equipment in the main conveyor line of the baggage handling system. There is a large number of the linear conveyors, and the length shall be configured in accordance with system demands. It is used for baggage conveying in the horizontal straight line section, uphill section and downhill section. The uphill conveyor can be manufactured as a single unit of equipment, with the uphill section and straight line section simultaneously; the downhill conveyor can be manufactured as a single unit of equipment, with the straight line section and downhill section simultaneously. It adopts a set of drive device, which can reduces the energy consumption of the system and guarantees smooth delivery of the baggage.

Overview of the product:

The implementation standards of the product conform to the Civil Aviation Standards of the People's Republic of China MH/T 6050-2009 Baggage Handling System Linear Conveyor and MH/T 5106-2008 Inspection and Acceptance Regulation of Baggage Handling System of Airport Terminal Building.

Technical characteristics of the product:

l The start and stop are stable, the operation is reliable, and the noise is low, (not more than 65 to 75dB).

l The whole machine adopts the modular structure. The power section and the head and tail section are the customized, and the rest are constituted of the standard sections, to guarantee the reliable quality of the whole machine.

l It can be well connected with the horizontal flow divider, vertical sorting machine, turning conveyor and other special equipment, which can effectively guarantee the division, junction and flat turning of the baggage.

l The horizontal linear conveyors can be divided into the queuing conveyor (standard length of 1200mm), level shunt conveyor (standard length of 2800mm) and the junction conveyor in accordance with the actual demands of the system, which play different functions and roles in the system.

l The start and stop rate of the queuing conveyor can be up to 30 times per minute.

Structural characteristics of the product:

l The reducing motor and the driving rolling drum are of inline assembly, with compact structure and convenient repair.

l The driving rolling drum adopts the rubber coating mode, and the wrap angle between the driving rolling drum and the belt surface is larger than 180 degrees, which guarantees effective transfer of the power.

l The belt tension amount can be up to 20cm, which can effectively extend the service life of the belt.

l The output terminal of the conveyor adopts the waterfall structure, convenient for baggage receiving by the next-stage conveyor.

l The belt anti-deviation device is arranged, which can guarantee effective operation of the belt for a long term without regular inspection and adjustment.

l The adjustable anti-vibration support leg is arranged, which can reduce vibration and adjust the height of the conveyor.
