Oral	Acute oral LD50 for rats 16.5, mice >1000, rabbits >500 mg/kg. Sub-chronic oral LD50 (5 d) for rats 0.3 mg/kg/day.
Skin and eye	Acute percutaneous LD50 for rats 100-500 mg/kg.
Inhalation	LC50 (4 h) for rats 39, mice 54 mg/m3.
Other	Only slightly dangerous to humans and domestic animals when used as directed, but young pigs are especially sensitive
