1.The introduction of wood crusher

1.Wood crusher is the special chipping/crushing equipment for raw wood with 50-250 mm (diameter). During the working process, the raw wood will be chipped, re-crushed and sieved.The wood crusher combines chipping with crushing in one machine to get the wood sawdust directly. 

2.The final diameter of wood can reach to 2-5 mm, which is suitable for further drying and briquetting. No need to use other wood chippers.

5.Working principle of wood crusher

It uses blades to cutting and high speed airflow to make the wood into sawdust and granular in different fineness. While the blades inside are cutting with a high rotating speed, the rotor generates strong airflow which rotates at the same direction as rotor. With the blades rotate and cut, the airflow crushes the material at the same time. In this way, the speed of sawdust output can be increased.

Wood Crusher is to crush small sized material with diameter no more than 50mm.
